LLGL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LLGL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,261 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LLGL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1L1, PLEKHA6, and PLEKHA7_S907. Each is linked with LLGL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LLGL2-to-partner and partner-to-LLGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LLGL2 versus TOM1L1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LLGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LLGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
