Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIX1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LIX1L data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LIX1L mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIX1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where LIX1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
