LIX1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIX1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,024 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIX1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, OLFML3, and FERMT2. Each is linked with LIX1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIX1L-to-partner and partner-to-LIX1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIX1L versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIX1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIX1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
