LIX1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIX1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIX1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEOX2, PMP22, and TGFB3. Each is linked with LIX1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIX1L-to-partner and partner-to-LIX1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIX1L versus MEOX2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIX1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIX1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
