Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIX1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,265 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIX1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport of virus, Intracellular transport of virus, and Nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with LIX1L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIX1L-to-partner and partner-to-LIX1L results are reported.
