LITAF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LITAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LITAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, PLEK, and CSF3R. Each is linked with LITAF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LITAF-to-partner and partner-to-LITAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LITAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LITAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
