LIPT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,283 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF480, MXRA5Y, and RND3. Each is linked with LIPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPT2-to-partner and partner-to-LIPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPT2 versus ZNF480 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
