LIPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,903 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, TSNAX, and IWS1. Each is linked with LIPT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPT1-to-partner and partner-to-LIPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPT1 versus RO60 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
