LIPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D5, KRTAP17-1, and LINC01014. Each is linked with LIPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPT1-to-partner and partner-to-LIPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D5 grouped by LIPT1-low versus LIPT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
