Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,497 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, and Regulation of natural killer cell mediated immune response to tumor cell. Each is linked with LIPT1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPT1-to-partner and partner-to-LIPT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by LIPT1-low versus LIPT1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
