LIPN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,851 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A8, BPI, and CAMP. Each is linked with LIPN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPN-to-partner and partner-to-LIPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
