Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1237, RPS3AP17, and TCP11X2. Each is linked with LIPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPK-to-partner and partner-to-LIPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
