Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,179 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUFM, SLC30A9, and LOXL2. Each is linked with LIPG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPG-to-partner and partner-to-LIPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIPG versus TUFM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
