Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP248, TRAJ42, and RN7SKP286. Each is linked with LIPG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPG-to-partner and partner-to-LIPG results are reported.
