The most reproducible LIPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance, Positive regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance, and Positive regulation of lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with LIPG in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPG-to-partner and partner-to-LIPG results are reported.
