Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBP2A, OBP2B, and C12orf40. Each is linked with LIPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPG-to-partner and partner-to-LIPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OBP2A grouped by LIPG-low versus LIPG-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
