LIPF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,974 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway, Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, and Negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with LIPF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPF-to-partner and partner-to-LIPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway grouped by LIPF-low versus LIPF-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
