LIPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02438, EIF1, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with LIPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIPF-to-partner and partner-to-LIPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02438 grouped by LIPF-low versus LIPF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
