Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, NIPBL, and CKAP5. Each is linked with LINS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINS1-to-partner and partner-to-LINS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by LINS1-low versus LINS1-high in COAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
