LINS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,999 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL521P, GUCA1A, and RNU6-1003P. Each is linked with LINS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINS1-to-partner and partner-to-LINS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LINS1 versus RN7SL521P in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
