LINS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3651, RN7SL266P, and LTV1P1. Each is linked with LINS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINS1-to-partner and partner-to-LINS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3651 grouped by LINS1-low versus LINS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
