Across TCGA cell cohorts, LINS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,452 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with LINS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINS1-to-partner and partner-to-LINS1 results are reported.
