Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02884 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02884 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LINC02884 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02884 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and LIHC show a favorable association.

MESO, LIHC, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC02884 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
