Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02831 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02831 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02831 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, LINC02831 RNA expression shows 7,689 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PDAC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, BRCA, and PDAC as cancer lineages where LINC02831 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
