Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02789 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02789 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LINC02789 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02789 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and THYM show a favorable association.

STAD, KICH, and HNSC are the cancer types where LINC02789 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
