Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02741 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02741 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02741 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02741 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, SARC, and READ are the cancer types where LINC02741 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
