Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02710 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02710 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC02710 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02710 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and COAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC02710 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
