Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02675 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02675 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02675 is differentially expressed in 13, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02675 RNA expression shows 7,102 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight COAD, KIRC, and KIRP as cancer lineages where LINC02675 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
