Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02623 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02623 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02623 is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, LINC02623 RNA expression shows 9,403 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PCPG. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUAD, and PCPG as cancer lineages where LINC02623 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
