Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02610 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02610 expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02610 is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02610 RNA expression shows 11,311 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight HNSC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC02610 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
