Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02598 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02598 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC02598 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02598 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LINC02598 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
