Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02585 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 13 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02585’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where LINC02585 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02585 is over-expressed in tumor.

LIHC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC02585 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
