Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02565 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02565’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where LINC02565 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02565 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as CHOL show the opposite, repressed pattern.

PAAD, CHOL, and KIRP are the cancer types where LINC02565 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
