Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02555 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02555 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LINC02555 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02555 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and THCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRP, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC02555 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
