Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02544 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02544 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02544 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02544 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC02544 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
