Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02469 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02469 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher LINC02469 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02469 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

THCA, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC02469 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
