Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02435 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02435 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher LINC02435 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02435 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and SKCM show a favorable association.

LGG, GBM, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC02435 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
