Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02412 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02412 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC02412 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02412 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and MESO show a favorable association.

ACC, MESO, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC02412 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
