Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02401 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02401 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher LINC02401 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02401 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, BRCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC02401 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
