LINC02400

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02400 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02400’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where LINC02400 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02400 is over-expressed in tumor.
