Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINC02395 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,686 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LINC02395-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial transport, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with LINC02395 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC02395-to-partner and partner-to-LINC02395 results are reported.
