Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02392 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02392 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC02392 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02392 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and CHOL show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC02392 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
