Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02352 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02352’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where LINC02352 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02352 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LIHC, BRCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where LINC02352 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
