Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02347 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02347 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher LINC02347 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02347 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

READ, KICH, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC02347 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
