Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02340 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02340 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC02340 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02340 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and MESO are the cancer types where LINC02340 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
