The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC02314 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02314 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CHOL show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC02314 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
