Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02313 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02313 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LINC02313 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02313 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC02313 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
