Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02310 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02310 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC02310 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02310 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KICH, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC02310 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
