Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02295 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02295 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02295 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LINC02295 RNA expression shows 9,614 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight STAD, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where LINC02295 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
