Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02215 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC02215’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where LINC02215 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC02215 is over-expressed in tumor.

THCA, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC02215 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
